What is the Integrator Activation Sprint?

The Integrator Activation Sprint helps growing companies install accountability, leadership systems, and execution rhythm—so growth no longer depends entirely on the founder.

What the Activation Sprint Accomplishes

The Integrator Activation Sprint is our structured onboarding approach to bring together your new Fractional Integrator with your leadership team. It’s an intensive, hands-on period that supports your business’s transformation.

Set a strong foundation for how your team most successfully works together

Translate your Strategic Roadmap into practical action steps for your staff

Align your leadership team around the Strategic Roadmap.

Build accountability systems that will carry them forward long-term

Think of it as laying the tracks before we hit full speed. This sprint gives your team the clarity, structure, and leadership support they need to hit the ground running—without constant firefighting or confusion about who’s doing what.

Why the Activation Sprint Comes First

Many businesses bring us in because they’re growing fast, but things behind the scenes feel messy. Teams are siloed. Priorities are unclear. Leadership is doing instead of leading.

Jumping into execution without fixing these issues first can actually make the problem worse.

In our experience, clients stall out on strategic plans because they jump straight into execution without aligning their team, clarifying roles, or setting up systems for accountability. That leads to a lot of motion—but not a lot of progress.

The Integrator Activation Sprint solves this by front-loading the work that creates traction.

We focus the team:

Everyone understands what we’re working on and why—so energy isn’t scattered across many competing tasks.

We assign clear ownership:

Each leader knows what they’re responsible for and what success looks like, so priorities don’t fall through the cracks.

We build systems that drive action:

Weekly meetings, scorecards, and structured check-ins keep the team moving—and remove bottlenecks before they become problems.

We coach your leaders to step up:

Instead of relying on you to push things forward, your team starts pulling their own weight and making decisions with confidence.

Once this foundation is in place, we shift into an execution rhythm that builds on this momentum.

Here is an overview of the phases you'll experience during this sprint.
